One app for the wall and everything around it.
Eight parts that share one logbook. Each section says what it does, why it helps, and which phones and plans it works on.
A logbook in the language on the wall.
Log boulders, sport routes and board climbs. Pick your gym's tape colour or a grade, add how many goes it took, and tick it.
- Your gym's grading. Colour circuits are set per gym, with V, Font and French grades alongside.
- Detail when you want it. Terrain, holds, skills, effort, a photo or a video.
- Projects. Climbs you have not sent come back as "worth another go".
- Progress you can see. A grade pyramid and a tape ladder over the last 90 days.
A full session record, without touching your phone.
Start Just climb and get on the wall. The watch reads the height you gain from its barometer, so it knows when an attempt starts and ends.
- Attempts and highpoints. Each go is counted, with how high you got.
- Falls and rests. Falls are estimated from the way you come off. Rest between goes is timed.
- A rest suggestion. Four to six times the length of your attempt, between 90 seconds and 5 minutes.
- Review by swipe. Detected climbs wait on your phone. Nothing counts until you confirm it.
- Saved on the watch first. A session is kept even if your phone is in a locker.
Wear OS and Garmin are not supported yet. Garmin import is planned.

Off-the-wall training, logged as fast as you do it.
Strength, hybrid circuits, hangboard and cardio. Active mode shows one step at a time, with large fields and a rest timer.
- Rounds, supersets and straight sets. Warm-up and cool-down stay outside the rounds.
- Guided finger strength tests. A max hang or weighted pull-up ladder, with an approximate grade band.
- Personal bests. Marked the moment you set one.
- On your lock screen. The current step and rest timer show as a Live Activity on iPhone.
Coaching grounded in your own numbers.
Beta is the coach inside Crux. It is an AI model that reads your logbook and writes back in plain words. In climbing, beta is advice on how to do a move.
- Session reviews. What went well, what to change, and what to eat and do to recover.
- A plan that adapts. A 12-month outline, a weekly check-in, and sessions sized to your gym's kit.
- Four separate signals. Training load, resting heart rate, sleep and heart rate variability. No single readiness score.
- Evidence first. A signal with too little data behind it is never mentioned.
- Safety rules. No calorie target under 1,200 a day, no diagnosis, no guilt about a rest day.
- It remembers. Each review reads what earlier reviews claimed and whether it held.

Eat for the session you did.
Scan a barcode or photograph a meal. Your calorie target shows the base figure and what activity has added, so you can see why it moved.
- Macros and 16 nutrients. Protein, carbs and fat, plus fibre, iron, calcium and more.
- Your usual, one swipe away. Meals you log most are offered first.
- A target that corrects itself. Crux compares what you ate with how your weight moved, and suggests a new maintenance figure.
Recovery next to the training that caused it.
Connect Apple Health and Crux brings in steps, resting heart rate, sleep, heart rate variability and workouts. Weight you log in Crux is written back.
- Trends against your own baseline. Each row opens a full chart you can scrub.
- Weight, measurements and photos. Line up progress photos and compare them.
- Training load. The last 7 days against the last 28.
Health data on Android is planned.
Eleven sent, nine flashed. Here's the thirty-second cut.
Every session ends with a summary: the result, a dot for each climb in your gym's colours, and the numbers. The reel plays it back in eight short beats.
- One calorie figure, with its source. Measured or assumed is stated each time.
- Share cards. Sized for a group chat or a story.
- Milestones. A new hardest send or a lift best gets its moment.
Thursday · your gymYour climbing circle and your gym, in the same place as your log.
A crew is a private group of up to 50. Share a session, give it Psych, and see who climbed what this week.
- Private by default. Crews are hidden unless the owner lists them.
- Climbed with. Tag who you were with. They accept before their name shows.
- The crew reel. One reel for everyone linked to the session.
- Gym pages. Kit, grading colours, directions and news of new sets.
- Block and report. Built in from the start.
